Operation Prom with WGirls Founder Amy Heller

Making good use of my time up in New York City, I caught up with my friend Amy Heller, Founder of the WGirls.  Amy is a rockstar consultant by day and the fearlesss leader of the WGirls any other time she isn't in the office.  She is so committed to building this organization, not just for her own giving experience, but also to facilitate giving amongst her peers.  It's pretty amazing.

I caught up with her on the eve of their Operation Prom: a project that helped collect and distribute thousands of prom dresses for girls in New York City who otherwise wouldn't have been able to have one.  What a brilliant concept and inspirational way to give back.  Check out our interview!
