    Kate was 12 years old when her mother passed away after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.  Twelve years later she founded a nationally-acclaimed not-for-profit organization that provides support to children and teens facing life after the death of a parent or sibling. Her journey from motherless child to social entrepreneur sheds inspiration and education on how sometimes our biggest gift to ourselves is found in discovering a passion to help others.

    As a speaker, Kate is the relatable example that anyone can play a part in changing the world – both in their personal and professional lives.  She is passionate about educating and motivating individuals on how to build giving into their own lifestyle.  Whether a keynote or an interactive workshop, Kate creates and delivers a unique recipe for Living by Giving to each audience through real life experiences and real word approaches.
